“እንደ አቡነ ጳውሎስ እኔ ነጭ ልብስ አልለብስም፤ እኔ መነኩሴ ነኝ” ሲሉ 6ኛው ፓትርያርክ አቡነ ማቲያስ ከቪኦኤ ጋር ባደረጉት ልዩ ቃለምልልስ ተናገሩ። “መነኩሴ ጥቁር ልብስ የሚለብሰው የሃዘን መግለጫ” ስለሆነ ነው ያሉት አቡነ ማቲያስ የአቡነ ጳውሎስ ሐውልት እንዲፈርስ ከበፊቱም ጀምሮ ሲጠይቁ እንደነበርና “የሰው ሐውልቱ ሥራው ነው” በማለት በቃለ ምልልሱ ላይ ገልጸዋል።
